利用修正的幂律关系式预测液体混合物的导热系数 被引量:3

摘要 在估算液体混合物导热系数的幂律关系式的基础上,将液体混合物中各组分导热系数的比值引入幂律关系式,导出了估算液体混合物导热系数的修正的幂律关系式。利用修正的幂律关系式计算了二组分液体混合物的65个物系76组386个导热系数,计算值与文献值的总平均相对偏差为1.26%。与文献方法相比,修正的幂律关系式总平均相对偏差最小;只需要各组分的导热系数数据,就可预测液体混合物的导热系数,简单方便;适用于有机物的液体混合物及其水溶液,可用于多组分液体混合物,不受组分导热系数相对大小的限制。 Based on analysis of power law equation for thermal conductivity of liquid mixture, through introducing ratio of thermal conductivities of two components in the mixture into the power law equation, a new calculation model for thermal conductivity of liquid mixture-the revised power law relation equation was established. By means of the revised power law equation, thermal conductivities of 65 binary liquid mixture systems containing 76 group data and 386 datum points at different temperatures were predicted. Comparison of the calculation results with the literature data was satisfactory with the total average relative deviation 1. 26%. The equation is more accurate than literature correlations. By thermal conductivities of every component in mixture, thermal conductivity of the mixture can be predicted. The model is all suitable for organic liquid mixture and organics aqueous solution. It can be applied to multicomponent mixture systems.
