摘要
目的总结创伤性膈疝的诊断和治疗体会。方法对37例创伤性膈疝临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前确诊30例,治愈34例,死亡3例,病死率8.1%。结论对胸腹部创伤患者要详细的询问受伤情况,全面的体格检查,根据X线、CT和临床特点,早期诊断、及时手术治疗,是提高治愈率的关键。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods The clinical data of 37 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Results Before surgery 30 cases were diagnosed, 34 cases were cured, 3 cases died, the case fatality rate was 8.1%. Conclusion In regard to the wounds in their chests and bellies, the sufferes must be inquired in details to know the injuries in additon to thorough physical ex- amination. According to the X ray, CT and the clinic characteristics, early diagnosis and operation treatment in time are the key to raise the curative rate.
