摘要
目的:研究儿童厌食症的有效治疗方药运脾方不同剂量对正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化作用的影响,探讨运脾方增强免疫功能的作用机理。方法:选取60只正常小鼠,分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(消食健儿糖浆组)、运脾方大、中、小剂量组,测定小鼠PHA刺激淋巴细胞转化率。结果:运脾方大、中、小剂量组小鼠PHA刺激淋巴细胞转化率与正常组比较有显著或极显著增强。结论:运脾方对小鼠的免疫功能有上调作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of Yun-Pi Prescription on regulating the immune function,and to explore the mechanism of Yun-Pi Prescription in enhancing immune function. Methods：60 normal mice were divided into groups： the normal group, the model group, the positive control group（treated with Xiao Shi Jian Er Syrup）,and Yun-Pi Prescription treatment group including high, middle and low dose.observe the lymphocyte conversion ratio of these mice after PHA irritation. Results：The high, middleand low dose of Yun-Pi Prescription can obviously elevate lymphocyte conversion ratio of the mice after PHA irritation.Conclusion： Yun-Pi Prescription has an up-regulation effect on immune function.
