摘要
目的:探讨万拉法新治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:将102例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,万拉法新组52例,阿米替林组50例,疗程8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:万拉法新与阿米替林的总疗效比较,差异无统计学意义;万拉法新主要不良反应少于阿米替林。结论:万拉法新是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Venlafaxine in the treatment of depression. Methods：102 cases of depression were randomly assigned into Venlafaxine group （n=52） and Amitriptyline group （n=50）,the course of treatment was 8 weeks. The effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results：There was no significant difference in effectiveness between two groups. Venlafaxine had fewer side effects than Amitriptyline. Conclusion：Venlafaxine is a safe and effective antidepressant.
