摘要
供热机组热力系统补水量大、补水温度低,传统的除氧器补水方式存在高品位热量浪费、除氧效果差、除氧器振动大等不足。文中提出供热机组热力系统采用凝汽器补水方式的技术改进方案,并采用热平衡法进行了补水方式后的经济性分析,证明凝汽器补水方式可起到提高供热机组热经济性、降低主蒸汽耗量的作用,还有利于降低机组排汽温度、提高除氧合格率,节能效果明显。
Point out the questions of large flow,lower temperature in supplying water systemsof thermal power unit , the way of supplying water systems for deaerator has the lack of high-grade waste heat, poor oxygen results, deaerator vibration, etc.This paper proposes thermal system uses the program of supplying water systems for condenser, and analyzed the thermal economy, this can reduce the role of the main steam consumption , but also help reduce the unit exhaust temperature, increase the passing rate of oxygen, energy-saving effect of significantly。
