推进上海国际航运中心港口一体化进程,是加快长三角区域港口结构调整的重要方式,是一项复杂而艰巨的任务,应将政府与市场两种力量有机结合,协同推进,企业运作,使区域港口资源配置在相对最优状态下运行,推动港口综合服务能力提高。
Promoting Shanghai international shipping center ports integration is an important way of speeding up Yangtze River Delta’s ports structure adjustment.The integrated functions both of government and marketing would play roles in the process.When the ports resource allocation is optimized,ports service ability will be improved.
