摘要
该文提出了一种基于Fuzzy的煤炭企业成本决策模型。这一方法考虑了煤炭企业的实际状况，经过构造因素集、建立备择集、利用数学模型，通过二级FUZZY综合评判，准确决策煤炭企业成本最优控制目标，有利于提高煤炭企业的成本管理水平，同时对其他行业成本目标的决策也提供了一个有效的框架和工具。
Based on the actual situation of coal enterprises and synthetically Fuzzy judging principle, this paper tends to find out the Cost Decision Model for coal enterprises through the establishment of factor set, alternative set, and the application of mathematical model. This method aims to achieve the optimal level in controlling the cost of coal enterprises, help to improve the cost management level of coal enterprises as well as put forward an effective tool and framework for cost target of other enterprises.
