摘要
目的通过对163例不同禁欲时间的精液分析,了解禁欲时间对精液质量的影响。方法应用伟力彩色精子质量检测仪(WLJY-9000)型对在本站男科体检的163例精液常规检查,分析不同禁欲时间的精液量、精子密度、精子活率、前向性精子运动百分率、pH值、异常精子变化。结果按禁欲时间分为小于2d、3～5d、6～7d、大于7d等4组,各组之间精液量、精子密度及前向运动精子百分率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),精液量、精子密度随禁欲时间的延长而增加,前向运动精子百分率随禁欲时间的延长而下降,各组之间的精液pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);前3组之间精子正常率、异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第4组与前3组之间精子正常率、异常率发生明显变化。结论禁欲3～7d,精液量、精子密度随禁欲时间的延长而增加,精子活率、前向运动精子百分率随禁欲时间的延长而下降;禁欲时间超过7d对精子质量有影响,精液检查最佳时间是禁欲3～7d。
Objectivte To analyze 163 cases of semen at different abstinence time, and to understand the abstinence time on sperm quality. Methods Routine examination of 163 cases of semen of male subjects were conducted by means of Weili color sperm quality detector（WLJY-9000）-type units and the different abstinence time,semen volume, sperm density, sperm viability, the percentage of forward sperm motility, pH values, and changes in abnormal sperm were analyzed at the same time. Results There were a significant difference （P＆lt; 0.01） in the semen volume, sperm density and the percentage of sperm forward motility in the 4 different groups divided in accordence with the abstinence of less than 2 days,3-5 days, 6-7 days, and more than 7 days. However, there were no significant difference（P7gt;0.05） in the semen volume, sperm density over time, the extension of abstinence increased, the percentage of sperm forward movement over time, and the extension of abstinence decreased semen pH between the groups. In the forgoing three groups, the normal rate and abnormal rate of the sperm was no significant difference （P＆gt; 0.05）, but the normal and abnormal rate of the sperm changed significantly, compared the 4th group with the other three ones. Conclusion After 3 7 days abstinence,the semen volume, sperm density over time, and the extension of abstinence increased, while the sperm viability,sperm forward motility percentage of time with the extension of abstinence declined; abstinence time of more than 7 days has an impact on sperm quality. The best time of semen examination is after 3-7 days abstinence.
