摘要
在深入调研、真实了解当前我省公共卫生人才资源的现状及问题的基础上,就医学院校培养德才兼备公共卫生人才的目标,逐步建立和完善多层次、分类别的公共卫生人才培养体系,并从专业建设入手,创新教学方法和教学模式,培养公共卫生人才的途径等进行了分析探讨,旨在为医学院校服务海西提供参考。
On the basis of a thorough investigation and clear understanding of the current situation and problems in relation to human resources of public health in Fujian Province,the paper probes into the objectives,systems and means of cultivating talents of public health in medical schools for the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone(WTSEZ).It is aimed to provide some references for medical schools in light of propelling the project of serving the WTSEZ.
