摘要
探讨社区健康教育的内涵及其影响因素,是发展社区健康教育的共识。本文针对目前我国社区健康教育工作中存在的问题,并结合我国国情提出解决对策:加大培养社区护士的力度,积极建立具有中国特色的社区健康教育模式,充分发挥政府职能,建立社区护理工作绩效评价体系,保证健康教育工作健康、持续发展。
It is the consensus for the development of community health education to explore the content of community health education and its impact factor .In this paper, the author proposed his solutions to the problems in China＇s current community health education, combined with China＇s national conditions. To ensure health and sustainable development of health education, we must intense the stepping up of community nurses training, build up community health education model with Chinese characteristics actively, give full play to the government functions, establish community nursing work performance evaluation system.
