摘要
群体聚集活动具有共性规律,容易引发各种非主观故意事故及主观故意事件并且具有扩大效应。在此从群体聚集中的心理规律及行为规律入手,分析警察在进行管理时的一般原则,并进而探讨人群管理的应用方法,以期给警察面对聚集人群这一特定工作对象时如何保证安全、履行警察职责提供指导。
The group aggregation activity has the law of universality,and initiates various kinds of accidents with non-subjective intent and incidents with subject intent easily.Starting from psychological and behavioral law in group aggregation,this article analyzed general principles of management by police,and then discussed application methods of crowd-control,so as to offer guidance to keep safe and performance duty when facing the specific object of work,which isaggr-egative group by police.
