摘要
目的:探讨急诊超声对腹部闭合性损伤的临床诊断价值,进一步提高超声诊断准确率。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2008年12月经临床确诊的184例腹部闭合性损伤患者的急诊超声检查结果、临床手术及保守治疗资料。结果:184例患者中急诊超声明确提示脏器破裂151例,占82.07%,仅提示盆腹腔积液18例,占9.78%;漏诊10例,占5.43%;误诊5例,占2.72%,总符合率为91.85%。结论:急诊超声在腹部闭合性损伤(尤其是实质性脏器损伤)诊断中的特异性较强,是一种简便、有效的检查方法。
Objective： In order to investigate the value of closed injury of abdomen diagnosis by an emergency Ultrasonography, and improve the rate of accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosisfurther. Methods：The Retrospective analysis of our hospital＇s clinical definite according to 184 closed injury of abdomen patients by the inspection result an emergency Uhrasonography, clinical surgery and treat- ment data from January 2000 to December 2008. Results： Among 184 closed injury of abdomen patients, there are 151viscera cracked patients, 28.3 percent reached; there are 18 pyoperitoneum patients, 9.78 percent reached; There are 10 missed diagnosis patients, 5.43 percent reached; There are 5 misdiagnosis, 2.72 percent reached. The total accurate statistics is 91.85percent. Conclusions： the closed injury of abdomen diagnosis by an emergency Ultrasonography （especially the real injury of viscus）, which is a simple and effective checking method by diagnosis.
