摘要
为测定初选一球悬铃木优良无性系的耐盐性,用2 a生扦插苗进行耐盐性试验,结果表明:一球悬铃木各无性系在盐胁迫下叶片的抗氧化酶活性明显增加,SOD酶活性平均增加2.75倍,POD酶活性平均增加2.45倍,CAT酶活性平均增加2.5倍,不同无性系3个耐盐性指标间均达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01);各无性系在盐胁迫下叶片中的甜菜碱、糖醇含量明显增加,分别达9.52倍和1.92倍,不同无性系间上述两个耐盐指标达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01)。
To determine the salt endurances of original selected Platanus occidentalis clones, biennial young cuttings were used for the salt endurance experiment. The results showed that when clones were under stress of salt, the enzymic activity of antioxidase in leaves would significantly increase. On an average, the enzymic activity of SOD, POD, CAT increased by 2. 75,2. 45 and 2.5 times, respectively. All of the P values between different clones were less than 0.01. Also, when plants were under salt stress, the contents of betaine and alditol in leaves increased by 9.52 times and 1.92 times and P values between clones were less than 0. 01.
