The meaning of present heating ventilation and conditioning energy saving technology comprehensive application to building energy saving technology popularization was illustrated from design aspect.The conversion water chilling unit energy saving characteristics,Variable Air Volume air conditioning system critical function in building load regulation were detail introduced,the exhaust energy reclaiming system and air conditioning system combination,the system significance to implement building energy saving goal were critically illustrated.
