摘要
特色学校建设并非孤立行为,"整合"是特色学校建设的策略选择。运用"整合"策略可以实现高效低耗,追求最优品质;特色学校建设中运用整合的策略,应坚持以"文化"为内核,以"特色"为焦点,以"发展"为归宿;特色学校建设中整合策略的运用,应贯串在特色学校建设与学校整体发展的全过程。
Characteristic school consti＇uction is not a sole act. Integration should be its strategic selection. Application of integration strategy may realize the goal of high efficiency and low consumption, and pursue the maximum quality. In constructing characteristic schools, we should stick to the principles： culture as the inner core, characteristics as the focus, development as the destination. Application of integration strategy should be permeated through the whole process of construction and development.
