摘要
[目的]用不同的方法对农民健康的公平性进行评价,了解各种方法的优缺点,为健康公平性评价提供方法学依据。[方法]用极差法、基尼系数、集中指数和Logistic回归对云南省三个县农民的健康公平性进行评价。[结果]极差法没有利用所有数据,得到的结果较粗略;基尼系数不涉及人口分层,不能反映经济状况的不平等或其它因素的不同对健康状况的影响;集中指数对社会经济阶层的人口构成敏感,但属于单因素分析法;Logistic回归可同时分析多个因素对健康的影响。[结论]如果只考虑一个因素对健康的影响,可用集中指数;但要考虑多个因素的影响时,用多因素分析方法。
Objective By evaluating the rural people＇s health equity with differem methods, to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of each method and provide reference for evaluating the equity of health. Methods Use various methods to evaluate the health equity in three county in Yunnan, including range method,Gini Coefficient, Concentration index and Logistic regression. Results Range method does not use all information and the result is cursory; Gini Coefficient does not relate to the orders of the population and can＇t reflect the influence of different incomes on the peoples＇ health; Concentration index is sensitive to the peonle＇s proportion of different incomes, but it can only analyze one factor. Logistic regression can analyze the influence of multi-factors. Conclusions If only focusing on one factor, Concentration index can reflect the equity of the health status preferably and if there are multi-factors, Logistic regression should be used.
