摘要
独立至今,哈萨克斯坦逐步形成了祖国之光党一党独大的政党体制,这一政党体制的形成不仅与总统纳扎尔巴耶夫本人的政治威望和运筹帷幄直接相关,而且受制于哈萨克斯坦国内的社会阶层分化、国内精英的制度化权力分享模式的变化以及大国因素和地区因素的影响。可以肯定,今后哈萨克斯坦政党体制的走向也将长期受到上述因素的影响。
Since the independence,Kazakhstan has gradually formed a system of political parties in which the Homeland Light Party is the biggest one in the country.The formation of this system is not only closely related to the political prestige of the President Nazarbayev and his brilliant operation but also enslaved to the differentiation of stratum in Kazakhstan and the changes of institutionalized power sharing model of the elite in the country,and influenced by big power as well as regional factors.It is certain that the system of political parties in Kazakhstan will be affected by the factors mentioned above in a long time in the future.
