我国肉牛饲养标准与NRC肉牛营养需要的比较分析 被引量：2

摘要 肉牛营养需要是肉牛饲料配方设计的重要依据之一,是合理利用饲料、提高生产性能、增加经济效益和实现科学化饲养的基础。肉牛的生长需要能量、蛋白质或氨基酸、维生素、矿物质和水分等营养成分。这些营养成分的需要量由于受遗传、生理状况、饲养管理及环境因素的影响，在配方中应以最适宜的数量和相互间最佳比例供给，从而获得最大生长速度、适宜的体成分和最佳的饲料转化率。目前，较权威和适用的饲养标准主要有美国NRC（2000）肉牛营养需要量、
