摘要 为提高半导体激光器光功率输出稳定性,并保证激光器安全、可靠工作,设计了半导体激光器的驱动电源。驱动电源主电路采用同步DC/DC方式,输出效率高;驱动电路可以产生200 kHz触发脉冲,降低了输出电流的纹波,保证激光器输出功率稳定;驱动电路带有过压比较器及过流比较器,保证激光器安全工作。经过仿真和实验表明:该驱动电源在20 A工作时效率达到85%以上,纹波小于5%。 In order to improve the optical power output of laser diode and make it work properly,a laser driver was designed. The main circuit adopted synchronous DC/DC,to ensure the high efficiency; pulse driver circuit works up to 200kHz, maintains the low current ripple, the optical power output laser diode is stable. Voltage and current comparator in the circuit ensure over voltage and over current protection. The simulation and experiment result show the laser driver efficiency is up to 85% under 20A,the current ripple is less then 5%.
