摘要
基于事故树理论提出事故关键链概念,并给出分析事故关键链的一般过程。通过对2004年大平煤矿"10.20"特大型煤与瓦斯突出引发特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故分析,得出该矿未及时升级为煤与瓦斯突出矿井等5个事故关键链是引发事故的主要原因。应用结果表明:利用事故关键链方法分析煤矿重特大瓦斯事故,切断事故关键链,可以有效避免事故发生,从而提高煤矿生产安全性,并对同类煤矿事故预防有一定的指导意义。
Based on the "fault tree analysis", this paper puts forward the concept of accident key chain and presents a general procedure that can be used to analyze the key chain causing accidents. By analyzing the extra serious accident of coal and gas outburst and gas explosion hap- pened in Daping Mine on October 20, 2004, five accident key chains are found out, one of which is that the coal mine was not upgraded to coal and gas outburst mine in the measures of production and management. The application results show that accidents can be effectively avoided, with the method of cutting off accident key chains, thus the safety of coal mine production can be improved. This method can provide some guidance for the prevention of the similar extra serious accidents.
