摘要
从社会关系角度研究知识转移的障碍具有一定的理论价值与现实意义。从这一角度出发总结社会知识转移的4大障碍,分别为社会心理障碍、组织结构障碍、社会环境障碍与深层交流障碍。
Researches on the obstacles of knowledge transfer have some theory values and practical meanings from social relationship perspective. The paper summarizes the four obstacles of social knowledge transfer, which are social psychological obstacle, the organization structure obstacle, the social environment obstacle and the deep inter-exchange obstacle.
