摘要
从反应机理的角度，分析水玻璃熔炉结构和操作要点，从而确定了技改要点———改用混合煤气法发生煤气，减少一次风风量，降低其风压，将二次风风口适当前移，适当增大二次风量。实践证明技改效果良好。
The key techniques, such as application of generation of mixed gases, decrease in primary blast and its pressure, forward movement of the secondary blast hole and increase in secondary blast volume, are obtained on the bases of analysis of the key operation conditions and furnace structure.
