摘要
我公司260t/h循环流化床锅炉运行过程中多次发生水冷壁爆管事故,对爆管的原因进行分析,并提出了预防措施,效果良好,延长了水冷壁使用寿命,提高了锅炉的运行周期,取得了良好的经济效益。
This article analyzes the reason for water-cooled wall bursting of 260t/h recirculation fluidized bed boiler.Preventive measures are put forward.As a result,service life of water-cooler wall is prolonged and good economic bendfit is obtained.
