摘要
针对储油罐中原油含水、硫酸盐还原菌等腐蚀性介质加速储罐腐蚀发生穿孔的问题,对油罐底板及底圈壁板内外表面腐蚀的原因及机理进行了分析。结合张天渠油田联合站原油储罐实际情况,对储油罐底板、底圈壁板内外表面及罐底边缘板实施了有效的防护措施,降低了储罐的腐蚀速率,延长了油罐检修周期。
According to the problem of perforation in oil storage tanks, caused by the corrosive media such as water and sulfate - reducing bacteria, which accelerates tank corrosion, this paper analyses the eanses and mechanisms of corrosion on tank bottom and inside and outside wall surface at the end of lap. Combined with the aetual situation of crude oil storage tank of Zhangtianqu Oilfield Joint Station, the effective protection measures are taken on tank bottom, the inside and outside wall surface at the end of lap and cans at the end of the edge of plate, so that the corrosion rate of the storage tank is reduced and the maintananee cycle of the tank is extended.
