摘要
松香酸甲酯化制备松香酸甲酯,再与蔗糖反应合成松香酸蔗糖酯。甲酯化最佳条件为松香酸∶甲醇=1∶3(摩尔比)、时间1h、温度70℃、催化剂氢氧化钾用量2%,酯化率为95.5%。松香酸蔗糖酯最佳合成条件为松香酸甲酯∶蔗糖=1∶2(摩尔比)、时间3h、温度90℃、催化剂氢氧化钾用量3%,产物得率为92.1%。产物有良好表面活性,其2%和4%水溶液的表面张力分别为30.33×10-3N/m和27.50×10-3N/m。
This paper reports the synthesis of the sucrose ester of rosin acid from rosin acid by esterification with methanol and transesterification with sucrose,and the factors influencing on the yield are discussed.The experiment results show that,the optimum synthesis conditions of the rosin acid formate are as follows:rosin acid∶methanol=1∶3(mol/mol),reaction temperature is 70℃,reaction time is 1h,amount of catalyst KOH is 2%.The yield can reach as high as 95.5%.The optimum synthesis conditions of the sucrose ester of rosin acid are as follows:rosin acid formate ∶sucrose=1∶2(mol/mol),reaction temperature is 90℃,reaction time is 3h,amount of catalyst KOH is 3%.The yield of the product can give 92.1%.The surface activity of the product is determined also.
