大鼠下丘脑内Calbindin-D28K和NADPH-d的共存

COEXISTENCE OF CALBINDIN D-28K WITH NADPH-DIAPHORASE IN THE HYPOTHALAMUS OF THE RATS

摘要 应用免疫细胞化学方法结合NADPH-d组织化学技术对大鼠下丘脑内calbindin-D28K和NADPH-d的共存进行了实验研究。结果发现:在视上核、下丘脑室旁核大细胞部可见到较多的calbindin-D28K/NADPH-d双重反应阳性神经元.这些神经元分别占以上两核团神经元总数的52.8%和42.5%;而在下丘脑的其它部位如下丘脑外侧区、下丘脑腹内侧核、穹隆周核和内侧视前区等处也可见到少量的双重反应神经元、本文的研究结果表明calbindin-D28K和NADPH-d共存于下丘脑的单个神经元内。 The coexistence of calcium-binding protein calbindin D-28K (CaB) with NADPH-diaphorase (NADPH-d)was studied by using histochemical technique combined with immunocytochemical methods in the same section. Most of the coexistence neurons of the CaB with NADPH-d were found in the supraoptic nucleus and magnocellular subdivision of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. The percentages of double labelled neurons to total labelled neurons in these two nuclei were 52. 8% and 42. 5% respectively. In other hypothalamic area, such as lateral hypothalamic area, hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus, perifornical nucleus and medial preoptic area, very small number of the double labelled neurons was found. These results suggested that calcium-binding protein CaB might be coexisted with nitric oxide synthase in single neurons of the hypothalamus.
