摘要
试验研究粘合树脂Elaztobond A250在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶中以2份粘合树脂Elaztobond A250替代1.5份间苯二酚,以促进剂NS等量替代促进剂NOBS,胶料的工艺性能和硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,老化后胶料与钢丝帘线的H抽出力略有提高,成品轮胎的强度和耐久性能均超过国家标准要求,具有明显的环保优势。
The application of adhesive resin Elaztobond A250 in the belt compound of TBR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using 2 phr adhesive resin Elaztobond A250 instead of 1. 5 phr resorcinol, and accelerator NS instead of accelerator NOBS by equal weight, the processibility of compound and the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little, H pull-out force between rubber matrix and steel cord after aging improved slightly, the strength and endurance of finished tire exceeded the requirements of national standards, and the new formulation had significant environment protection advantages.
