摘要
针对查新工作中存在的查新时间集中、任务重、工作强度分布不均等问题,提出了查新后备人才的培养模式,并介绍其实施所取得的成效。
Establishment of a training model of reserved persons for medical literature evaluation was proposed based on its concentrated time, heavy task and different task intensities. Achievements after its implementa- tion were introduced.
