摘要
文章详细介绍了从会话分析角度对机构性谈话开展实证研究的方法和层次。从会话分析角度对机构性谈话进行探讨可以从下几个方面的内容展开:词汇选择、话轮设计、序列组织、谈话的整体结构,以及谈话的社会认知和社会关系(Paul Drew&John Heritage,1992)。这些内容的开展与实现是交际者通过采用常见的会话手段实现的,比如,话轮转换、话语修正、言语反馈,等等。总的来说,从会话分析角度开展对于机构性谈话的研究不仅可以帮助我们深刻地理解人类会话机制的运作,而且可以帮助我们更好地把握社会机构和交际身份在序列组织中的具体体现。
This paper,explains the methodology of studying institutional talk from the conversational analysis perspective.We hold that to utilize conversational analysis to study institutional talk can be carried out from the following aspects,namely,lexical choice,turn design,sequence organization,overall structural organization,and social epistemology and social relations （Paul Drew John Heritage,1992）.To study the institutional talk from the conversational analysis perspective can not only help us to master the operation of those conversational mechanisms but also enable us to reveal the institutionality of the institutional talk manifested in the sequential organization of interaction.
