福氏志贺菌2a主动外排基因acrA的克隆和分子特征 被引量:1

摘要 acrA基因在细菌耐药过程中起重要作用,通过生物信息学方法,结合PCR技术,对福氏志贺菌2a基因进行了克隆。基因序列分析表明,克隆得到的acrA基因ORF由1194个核苷酸组成,编码一个由397个氨基酸组成的多肽,含有一段24个氨基酸的信号肽,预测蛋白质分子量和等电点分别约为42.15ku和8.42。本研究获得的主动外排基因acrA的信息为进一步研究AcrA蛋白的结构与功能奠定了基础。
