摘要
目的:观察全静脉麻醉镇痛用于人工流产痛的治疗效果及安全性。方法:选择200例妊娠14周以内,自愿要求终止妊娠的宫内孕患者,随机分为镇痛组100例,对照组100例。镇痛组:行人工流产术时静脉推注咪达唑仑、芬太尼、丙泊酚;对照组:行人工流产术时不用镇静镇痛药物。分别观察患者疼痛反应、人工流产综合征、术中出血等情况。结果:镇痛组镇痛效果显著,有效率达100%,术中患者疼痛反应、人工流产综合征明显低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。术中出血两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:全静脉麻醉镇痛用于治疗人工流产痛具有起效快、苏醒快、不良反应少的特点,对手术出血量和子宫收缩无明显影响,能获得满意的麻醉效果。
Objective：To evaluate the analgesic effect and safety of analgesic by intravenous anesthesia（TIVA） on the induced abortion.Methods：Choose 200 cases of pregnancy 14weeks,voluntary requirements within the intrauterine pregnancy termination of gestation,100 cases were randomly divided into groups,the pain.The analgesic group was mainlined with midazolam,fentanyland and propofol on the induced abortion and the control group without these medications.To observe the status of the pain,the syndrome of induced abortion and the bleeding.Results：The analgesic group possessed higher ratio（100%） of no-pain,the reaction of pain and syndrome of induced abortion less than the control group（P0.01）,no difference in bleeding（P0.05）.Conclusions：Analgesic by TIVA used on the induced abortion is induction and elimination occurs rapidly,less side-effect,no obvious effect for bleeding and the contractility of the uterus,can received satisfying effect for anesthesia.
