摘要
本文介绍了一种冷凝天然气燃烧产物的塑料换热器,初步计算和分析了烟气的露点温度及冷凝规律,通过对70000Kcal/Hr天然气锅炉冷凝换热器的设计计算和经济分析,指出塑料材料PTFE用于烟气技热可显著提高锅炉热效率,并可解决腐蚀问题,同时在短期内收回投资,其应用前景可观。
An plastic condensing heat exchanger for exhaust gas was presented in this article. The condensing pattern and dew temperature of gas was analyzed and calculated. As an example, the designing and economic analysis of condensing heat exchanger for 70000Kcal/hr(81.4KW) natural gas boiler was given and conclusions are obtained that plastic material PTFE heat exchanger for gas can raise thermal efficiency clearly and the cost can be repaid in short time.
