摘要
应用浙江省农科院园艺所和南京农业大学园艺系共同研制的国产浮板毛管水培设施(FCH),于1996年12月至1997年7月对日本樱桃番茄在FCH水培和土壤栽培条件下的生长发育、生长速度、产量、品质以及光合速率、叶片组织水势、根系活力等进行了较系统的研究。结果表明,樱桃番茄在FCH水培条件下,生长速度和产量显著高于土壤栽培。其光合速率、叶片组织水势、根系琥珀酸脱氢酶活性等较土壤对照都有不同程度的提高,表现出较强的生理活性。株高、茎粗、叶面积等均得到显著提高,叶片数与对照差异不显著;干物质积累速度明显加快,产量是对照的2.18倍;果实中水分、糖、蛋白质、vC、纤维素含量均得到提高,特别是vC含量显著提高5.42mg/100g,口感质量也优于对照,脂肪含量稍低于对照。
To enhance the utilization efficiency of FCH(Floating Capillary Hydroponic)equipement,the trial of agronomic and physiological characteristics of cherry tomato ( L.esculentum var. cerasiforme Alef)grown in FCH was first time studied in Vegetable Institute of Ningxia Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.The results showed that a 2.18 fold increase of yield and a 5.42 mg/100 g increase of vC content were obtained; the taste quality of fruits was better in FCH as compared with cherry tomato grown in soil(control).The physiological examination indicated that improvements were gotten in several physiological prototypes,including the enhance of photosynthesis rate and water potential of leaf tissue,and increase of succinic dehydrogenase activity on root tissue. These results suggested that the physiological activity of cherry tomato plants were obviously improved by FCH.
