摘要 介绍了一种基于高性能16位DSPIC30F6011A的智能低压断路器控制器的硬件及软件设计。采用以三点法快速算法来计算电参数的有效值,大大提高了短路电流的动作响应时间,智能断路器除实现基本的保护功能之外,还可以对低压配电系统的现场参数进行监测,以及实现区域连锁功能,提高了系统的可靠性。通过现场总线与监控系统通信,以满足现代低压配电系统的自动化的要求。 Introduction was made to the hardware and software design of a kind of intelligent controller for low-voltage circuit-breakers based on high performance 16-bit processor, DSPIC30F6011A. The three point intersection algorithm was used to calculate the effective values of electrical parameters. The action response time of short circuit current was improved greatly. The intelligent circuit-breaker nut only realized the basic protection functions, but also monitored the field parameter of low-voltage distribution system and regional chain functions were realized with improvement of the system's reliability. The circuit-breaker could communicate with the monitoring system through the field bus to meet the requirements of low-voltage distribution system at present.
