摘要
分析土地经营权流转对休闲农业发展的促进作用及土地经营散碎对休闲农业发展的制约,提出建立与休闲农业旅游市场相适应的土地经营权流转机制,充分发挥政府服务职能,以促进海南休闲农业实现产业化发展。
The active effect of transfer of land management right on the development of leisure agricul- ture and the restraint effect of diffusion of land management on the development of leisure agriculture are analyzed. Suggestions are given on establishing land management right transferring mechanism adaptable to the leisure agriculture tourism market, fully exerting government service functions to promote the industrialization development of leisure agriculture in Hainan.
