The wobbler bearing is an integral part of the hammer drill. Analyzing its whole working process, the heattreatment process of its inner and outer raceways were improved, thus acquiring the ideal microstructure of those raceways. And they have been passed the technical appraisal successfully. The vacuum heat-treatment process proposed provides a theoretical guidance for the actual fabrication of wobbler beatings.
