摘要 目的探讨Maitland手法结合中医推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用Maitland手法结合中医推拿按摩,对照组则只行中医推拿手法。1次/d,10次为1个疗程,评定治疗前后患者症状功能及椎基底动脉的平均血流速度。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度均较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后观察组椎动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Maitland手法结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著,两种治疗具有协同作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Maitland technique combined with tuina (pushing and kneading) therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on cervical spo0dylopathy of vertebral artery type. Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into trial group ( n = 30 ) treated with Maitland technique combined with TCM tuina therapy and control group ( n = 30) with only tuina therapy. The treatments were given once a day, ten times consisted of one course. The scores of symptoms and vertebraobasilar mean velocities (MV) of the patients were assessed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was higher in the trial group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the mean blood flow velocities of vertebral artery and basilar artery were remarkably increase in the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and the velocities of the trial group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The Maitland technique combined with tuina therapy for cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type is of remarkable effect, they are synergetic.
