摘要
在对平衡轴机构工作特点和设计原则进行总结的基础上,结合某发动机实例,对多种平衡轴机构进行研究。得到了在该发动机中单轴、双轴平衡机构只能平衡激振源的二阶成分,多轴平衡机构可以实现对激振源的主要激振成分进行平衡的结论。然后针对该发动机,对双轴、多轴平衡机构进行设计,并对平衡效果进行仿真验证,达到了预期的效果。最后总结了应用平衡轴机构对机械进行振源控制的一般设计思路。
On the basis of summarizing the working characteristics and design disciplines of balance shaft mechanism, with the example of a certain engine, several kinds of balance shaft mechanisms are studied. A conclusion of the engine studied that singleshaft and double-shaft balance mechanism can only balance second order component of the vibration resource, while multi-shaft balance mechanism can balance most components of the vibration resource is made. Then double-shaft and multi-shaft balance mechanism are designed, and the balance effect is simulated. The simulation results show that the expected balance effect is achieved. At last, the design plan of the application of balance shaft machanism in vibration resnorce control of machine is made.
