摘要
应用电参数进行螺杆泵工况诊断可行性分析的基础上,分别从螺杆泵工况连续监测诊断系统软件的开发、管漏与泵漏区分技术和电参数技术图形分析及电力线载波油井监测系统等方面阐述了螺杆泵井电参数工况的诊断技术,并简要评价了该技术的社会经济效益及其应用前景,填补了机采系统效率评价软件中螺杆泵井评价的空白,为采油系统节能降耗工作提供了一种新方法。
Based on the feasibility analysis for using electrical parameters to diagnose working condition of progressive cavity pump well, working condition diagnosis techniques are described and assessed the social economic benefits and application prospects of the technology briefly, from some aspects respectively, such as the development of continuous condition monitoring diagnosis system software for progressive cavity pump, analysis for the distinction technical between tube leakage and pump leak, graphics analysis for electrical parameters technical and monitoring system for power line carrier oil, etc. It will fill the blank that efficiency evaluation software of the ma- chine production system does not contain an evaluation for Progressive Cavity Pump Well, and provide a new approach for energy-saving work of production oil system.
