摘要
布沼坝露天煤矿五期扩建剥采方法采用半连续作业工艺。分析了矿山生产条件对破碎机的选型要求,认为锤式滚轴破碎机综合了喂给式破碎机和锤式破碎机的优势,投入快、布置灵活、移设方便,可适应该矿的物料特性和开采特点,认为布沼坝露天煤矿采煤半连续工艺采用锤式滚轴破碎机是合理的。
In the fifth phase of expansion project of Buzhaoba open cast coal mine,a semi-continuous stripping and mining technique is adopted.This paper presents an analysis of the production conditions at the mine on the selection of crushers.It is taken for granted that hammer-roller crusher is endowed with the advantages of both feeder type crusher and hammer type crusher,which is expressed by its fast feeding,versatile deployment and convenience in movement.These characteristics make the hammer-roller crusher more adapted to the material characteristics and the mining characters of this mine.It is therefore concluded that the determination of hammer-roller crusher,which is adapted to the semi-continuous stripping and mining technique selected for Buzhaoba open cast coal mine,is a rational choice.
