介绍了一种由对氯苯丙酮经酮肟化、还原、缩合、环合、加成反应合成噻螨酮原药的新工艺,产品含量在98%以上,收率约71%。
Hexythiazox has been prepared by oximation,deoxidation,condensation,cyclication and addition reaction from 4＇-chloropropiophenone.The overall yield reaches as high as 71%,purity over 98%.
