摘要
大庆油田原油稳定装置多台原油换热器结垢现象严重,换热效率下降,物理清洗法工作难度较大。文章在研制一种新型油垢清洗剂的基础上,将其应用于原油换热器的化学清洗中,清洗后换热器总传热系数提高了40.8%,证明了油垢清洗剂的高效性。
Many crude oil heat exchangers of crude stabilizer have seriously fouled in Daqing Oilfield,which brought reduction of heat exchange efficiency,and cleaning difficulties by using physical cleaning means.This article introduces a new type of detergent for grease stain which has been developed and applied in the chemical cleaning of crude oil heat exchanger.The heat transfer coefficient improved 40.8% after cleaned by the new detergent,which proved that it is a high effecient grease stain cleaning agent.
