摘要
简要探讨了直角坐标下典型平面图元即直线和圆弧插补理论,进而对常用的DDA直线插补算法和一种改进的逐点比较圆弧插补算法进行了介绍,在此基础上,针对一种步进电机控制的线热源EPS快速成形系统,用单片机实现了直线和圆弧的插补。
In the present research, the approach of linear and circular interpolation in Cartesian coordinate system was discussed, which typically represent the planar meta-graph. A usual DDA linear interpolation algorithm and a circular interpolation algorithm using point by point comparing method were constructed for the expanded polystyrene (EPS) rapid prototyping system. Besides, a linear heat-source was directly built controlled by stepping motor for EPS rapid prototyping system. The interpolation of line and arc with MCU was achieved.
