摘要
功率放大器是锚杆超声导波检测系统的重要组成部分,但国内还少有满足导波检测要求的功率放大器产品,本文针对锚杆超声导波检测应用特点设计了一种功率放大器。功率放大器采用A类推挽功率放大方式,利用传输线变压器宽带匹配技术,其工作原理为:先将不平衡信号转换为两路平衡信号分别放大,再经平衡-不平衡变换器转换为单路不平衡信号。经测试,功率放大器在1MHz-5MHz范围内,输出电压大于70V,达到设计指标。锚杆长度检测实验表明:功率放大器满足实验要求,其可作为超声导波激励源使用。
Power amplifier is an important component of the bolt inspection system based on ultrasonic guided wave. A special power amplifier was designed for the inspection system. The power amplifier employed push-pull circuit operating on Class-A and adopted transmission line transformer broadband match technology. First it transferred unbalanced input signal to two way balanced signals which were amplified separately. The two way amplified signals then were transferred to unbalanced signal. The output voltage of power amplifier is more than 70V at 1MHz to 5MHz that reaching the target after tested. The experimental results demonstrate that this power amplifier satisfy experimental requirement.
