微生物多糖PS—1231在高级精细瓷全熔块釉浆中作悬浮剂,改善了釉浆的悬浮稳定性、粉层强度和流变性能。一级品率提高10%以上。微生物多糖PS—1231作骨质瓷泥料增塑剂,比对照可塑性提高124%,成坯率提高315%。在钻井泥浆和低固相完井液中,添加微生物多糖PS—1231能替代进口黄原胶,降低生产成本,提高钻井速度。
Microbe polysaccharide PS-1231 was applied as suspending agent in high-fine porcelain pure fusion cake glaze slurry.The suspending stability,the dry strength and the rheological behaviour were improved.The ratio of First-Grade produt was increased by 10%.The plasticity index of bone porcelain's mud plasticized with PS-1231 was increased by 12% and the ratio of semifinished product in creased by 31.5% compared with the control.In well drilling,imported Xanthan gum from the U.S.A can be replaced by PS-1231 to reduce the production cost and increase drilling speed.
