甲状腺相关眼病198例的CT影像特征 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨CT诊断甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的价值。方法198例(260眼)TAO患者行CT检查,分析影像学特点。结果198例(260眼)CT扫描结果均表现为眼外肌肿大,受累眼外肌下直肌197眼(75.8%),内直肌168眼(64.6%),上直肌111眼(42.7%),外直肌81眼(31.2%)。CT检查尚可发现TAO患者其他较多影像学特征表现。结论CT检查为TAO可靠的辅助诊断手段。
