摘要
本文运用回归分析方法研究了大学科技园优惠政策对孵化绩效的影响。研究表明:可以归纳出的五类优惠政策对大学科技园孵化绩效均具影响,其中,投融资政策的影响最大,而房租场地政策和财政税收政策影响较小。完善大学科技园优惠政策,应更加重视资金支持和吸引人才方面的政策,特别需要解决成果转化的风险分担和融资问题。
By using the method of regression analysis, we have studied the impacts of preferential policies for the incubation performance of University Science Park. Based on the research, the incubation performance is affected by each of five kinds of preferential policies. Among these policies the effect of the financing policy is the biggest, the effects of rent policy as well as fiscal and tax policy are smaller. In order to perfect the preferential policies of University Science Park, it will be given more to the policies of the financial support and of attracting talent, especially to improving the problem of financing and the risk - sharing in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
