摘要
目的：评价麻疹疫苗效价及免疫原性，更好地做好麻疹疫苗接种管理工作。方法：选择8月龄麻疹疫苗基础免疫儿童60人，4周岁麻疹疫苗复种免疫儿童60人，每名儿童于接种前当天及接种后1个月各采集末稍血0．3ml，分离血清，用ELISA方法检测麻疹IgG抗体。选择邳州市疾病预防控制中心及其辖区内2个接种门诊，各采集麻疹疫苗10支，采用微量细胞培养板法，进行麻疹疫苗效价检测。结果：检测麻疹疫苗3份，疫苗效价均值为3．7310g CCID50／ml，合格率100％。8月龄儿童基础免疫后抗体阳性率、几何平均滴度（GMT）均较免前明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），基础免疫成功率为93．33％。4周岁儿童复种免疫后抗体阳性率较免前升高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；复种免疫后GMT明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。复种免疫前抗体阴性及低水平抗体儿童免疫成功率为100％；免前抗体1：800者，免后抗体4倍增长率为28．30％。结论：邳州市冷链系统运转正常，麻疹疫苗免疫成功率较高，两剂次麻疹疫苗接种具有良好的免疫效果。
