摘要
学校要与企业共同组织好学生的相关专业理论教学和技能实训工作，处理好学生“工”与“学”的关系，保证学生顶岗实习的岗位与其所学专业面向的岗位群基本一致。
This paper will first touch upon the problems existing in internship on regular post in the Secondary Vocational School of Zhuhai City Polytechnic and then focus on their solutions such as maintaining a proper relationship between theoretical study and skill training, as well as striking a balance between internship and learning, ensuring that internship is in line with its job group of relevant speciality.
