摘要
随着林权制度改革的推进和活立木市场的建立,森林资源资产评估作用日益重要。考虑森林资源资产具有地域性,从小兴安岭用材林林木资源资产的特点出发,对林分划分生长类型并编制各类型生长过程表,确定影响林分类型价值的因子,采用不同的评估方法进行评估并对评估结果进行分析,探索适合于小兴安岭用材林林木资产评估的方法。
With the advance of forest right system reform and the establishment of standing tree market,the role of forest resource asset evaluation is increasingly important.Forest resource assets varying regionally,according to the characteristics of timber forest resource assets in Xiaoxing＇anling Mountain,the growth type of forest stand was divided and each kind of growth process table was prepared to the factors affecting the value of stand type.The assessment was conducted with different methods and the results were analyzed to explore the timber forest asset evaluation method suitable for Xiaoxing＇anling Mountain.
